Saira Ahmad is a senior executive with 12 years of experience and a record of superior results in a variety of challenging and multicultural environments. Early in her career with Telenor Pakistan, she started shaping up her skills towards hard-core marketing, communications and public relations. Currently she is working with NETSOL Technologies Ltd (Pakistan’s top IT Company) as the Executive Director PR & Communications.
Saira has had the privilege of working for various multinational and local organizations including LUMS (Pakistan’s top ranked business school) and TiE Lahore (World renowned entrepreneurial non-profit organization based out of Silicon Valley USA). Apart from her role at TiE Lahore, she got the opportunity to work on a special project of forming a business incubator at NETSOL Technologies Ltd which is now named as NSPIRE. She is involved in entrepreneurial activates and initiatives for a couple of years now. She has represented Pakistani entrepreneurial network at various local and international conferences including the 3rd UNESCO-APEID Meeting on Entrepreneurship Education organized by Ministry of
Education Malaysia in December 2013. She has successfully completed a fully funded short course award on Business Incubation Management organized and conducted by Australia Awards in April – May 2017. Saira is a mentor and advisor to startups to enhance their marketing and business planning skills. She is keen on promoting entrepreneurship in Lahore and in Pakistan at large and to establish lucrative working platform for woman entrepreneurs by helping them work from home or otherwise. She aims to develop awareness programs for female entrepreneurs to make them realize they can be as productive as men. She is also engaged with other similar forums and various incubators/accelerators operational in Pakistan and conduct entrepreneurial activities in collaboration. She has a graduate degree in Business Management, specialization in Finance from University of Central Punjab (UCP) and Bachelors in Commerce from Punjab College of Commerce.
